Returns & Refund Policy


Below are the Returns and Refund policy of BPIN Private Limited -

  1. BPIN Private Limited will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of any product under any circumstances.
  2. All products are covered under warranty as per the Warranty Card / Letter provided with the product. Replacement / Repair if any, will be done as per the policy mentioned on the warranty card / Letter.
  3. However, under exceptional circumstances, the customer can contact the company's customer support team who shall, after due verification of proof and based on other considerations deal with the issue on a case to case basis. For the sake of clarity, such considerations shall be made at Blaupunkt India's sole discretion.
  4. It must be noted that Blaupunkt India shall not be liable for the cost of return/insurance for the postage/courier. This shall entirely be the customer's responsibility and cost.
  5. In case of any legal dispute the same will be under Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Cancellation of order by BPIN Private Limited

There may be situations where BPIN Private Limited is unable to accept an order, even if paid, and must cancel it. BPIN Private Limited reserves the right, at BPIN Private Limited's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by BPIN Private Limited's credit and fraud avoidance department. BPIN Private Limited may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. BPIN Private Limited will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
